Bedhead Hats Gift Vouchers are perfect for online shopping and make a great gift idea when you don't know what to buy! Simply purchase online and a beautiful glossy gift voucher will be sent directly to you or your friend. If you wish - add your special message in the 'Delivery Instructions' box when checking out and we will add for you.
Gift Card Ordering and Shipping
Online orders containing Gift cards shipped within our normal delivery timeframes. Plus your Gift Card will be shipped to you or the recipient for free! Gift vouchers bought during a sale period will not have the promotion applied.
Refunds, Order Cancellations or Modifications
Any refunds, order cancellations or modifications to an order resulting in an adjustment of the amount due to Bedhead Pty Ltd will be applied to the original gift card within 1 business day.
Using your Gift Card
The gift voucher is issued by Bedhead Pty Ltd ABN (59 650 152 438). Gift Vouchers are redeemable online at www.bedheadhats.com.au and are a one-time only use. To use your voucher online, enter your unique Coupon Code into the “discount” section of our checkout. The total value of your gift voucher is the amount you have to spend on products – if your order total is more than the gift voucher value, you will need to pay the excess. If it comes to less than the voucher total, that excess cannot be used for a future purchase. Shipping on all gift vouchers is free. The shipping value is not included in the total of the voucher.
Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.
Bedhead Hats Gift Cards are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Cards must be redeemed in full within the validity period; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
To report a lost or stolen Gift Card contact us. Please note Gift Cards are to be treated like cash; a defaced, altered, lost or stolen card cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
We understand that sometimes everything seems to go wrong.
Don't stress - we accept returns of new unworn items with tags still attached for the exchange of a different size/style or refund if required. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to organise a return.
TO RETURN: Please notify us by email to request a return - firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to include details of the product you wish to exchange and the replacement you want. You will be given delivery details to post back the item (at your cost).
Store credits are not available. Exchanges and returns are permitted on SALE or discounted items, but conditions do apply. View full returns policy here.
Sale items priced $20 or less are considered Clearance items and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange due to change of mind, size, colour or print. This is in compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the ACCC.
