no-bake koala biscuits

Kids will love this afternoon snack! With a few choc bits, icing and marshmallows, you too can turn a simple Milk Arrowroot or Marie biscuit into these adorable yummy koalas! Bonus: no baking involved! 

You'll need:

Milk Arrowroot or Marie biscuits
Icing sugar
Milk 
Black food colouring
Marshmallows
M+Ms
Small solid Easter eggs
Knife

How to:

1. Make up the icing with the icing sugar, milk and black food colouring.
2. Smooth icing onto the flat side of the biscuit until covered.
3. Cut the solid Easter eggs and marshmallows in half lengthways.
4. Add brown M&Ms as eyes, the half egg as a nose and the two cut marshmallow halves as ears!
