Shipping Information


Orders received before 12pm are shipped the same day.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be sent on the next business day.

 

You will receive a confirmation email from Bedhead Hats to confirm that your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Bedhead Hats with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please email us at contactus@bedheadhats.com.au with your Order Number to check the status of your order.


Regular Shipping

Australia Post Eparcel offers 3-10 day delivery. We are located on the NSW Central Coast, 2259. Parcels to Sydney Metro usually takes 2-3 days & to other Eastern seaboard capital cities usually take 3-5 days. Parcels to WA take at least 5-7 working days to trek across the Nullabor. These estimations are general & based on our experience using Australia Post. (They are only here to further help you! xx)

Express Shipping

Australia Post 'Express Post' Eparcel offers 1-3 days delivery (limited areas). Check service areas here > 

We are located on the NSW Central Coast - 2259. From experience, we have not always found this service to be a truly overnight service - hence we quote 1-3 days to avoid customer dissapointment (or late running parcels needed for gifts or holidays!)

Please note: Bedhead Hats is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume seasons. All delivery times are estimated. Bedhead Hats do not guaranteeing delivery dates. Bedhead Hats is not liable for missing parcels due any errors on the customer or Australia Post’s part.


International

Please note that all delivery times are estimated between 10-15 days. Bedhead is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

All our international orders are shipped using DHL Global Mail service. This service uses DHL to the destination country, then lodges the parcel with that countries local postal service, whom will make final delivery to customer.

When ordering from countries outside of Australia, duty and taxes may be payable by you depending on the rules governed by the country you are importing to, see more below.


Taxes and Duties

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the shipping company.

 

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit/debit card in Australian dollars. The bank that issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. We do not make any guarantees or promises about the current exchange rate or what you will be charged by your bank - this is out of our control.
